Ruby Kisses HD Nail Polish in She A Goldigger

I was recently given the chance to review several products from Ruby Kisses Cosmetics, and this is one of the ones that stuck out to me when I first opened the package. This nail polish is what I would consider a true yellow gold. It also has some gold shimmer, which I am not sure if it will show up in pictures or not. The brush is very different that would you would expect to see. It is one of those wider ones like what Sally Hansen uses in their Insta-Dri line but it doesn't have the rounded tip. It is just cut straight across to make it easy to cover the nail in just one stroke. I found that this nail polish has pretty good wear, but I would definitely suggest a base/top coat combination as well.  Ruby Kisses carries a lot of products in a very wide range that are affordable so I would highly suggest checking them out. They are sold at a lot of beauty supply stores, but I don't have any near me that do so you can also check online retailers or even Ebay. Ruby Kisses was kind enough to send me some extra products for a giveaway so definitely stay tuned for that.

Tuff Scent Nail Polish in Hope

I am obsessed with neutral nail polishes. It is what most of my collection consists of. This particular one is by Tuff Scent it is from their "Earth Collection". I was sent this shade and one other by Tuff Scent to review. First off I absolutely love this color. It is super pigmented and applies very nicely. It only took two coats to get the opaqueness in the picture above. I would describe the color as a slate gray with multi colored shimmer. These retail for $14.00 and can be found on their website. They have a decent selection of colors and each has a specific scent. The scent releases as the nail polish dries, and you can even smell it if you apply a top coat. The scent is not too overpowering either, which is nice. I wore this nail polish for about three days and didn't have any problems with chipping, but I did use Orly Bonder as a base coat and Seche Vite for a top coat. I absolutely love these nail polishes but I would only purchase them as a special treat to myself once in a while since they are pretty expensive.
