NP Set is the line that is by Napoleon Perdis that is exclusively sold at Target stores. I am not sure of where the regular Napoleon Perdis line is sold. I picked this up at Target when it was in the clearance bin and am so glad that I did. I believe I got it for around $6 or $7. Even on me and I am fair skinned there really isn't any color pay off. The only thing you will notice is a nice shine with a lot of shimmer. The shimmer is more finely milled so its not going to be chunky and gritty on your lips.
