Essie's Need A Vacation is a bubblegum pink which is exactly what Essie's web site calls it. I don't normally gravitate towards pale pinks but I decided to give this one a try when I saw it on the clearance rack. How can you even consider passing up Essie on clearance?? I do like the color of this polish but I do not like the formula of it at all. Need A Vacation is super sheer and even to get decent pigmentation it took three coats and you could still see some ridges and my nail lines. I'm not going to throw it out, I'll probably just end up using it as a base underneath various glitters or crackle coats.
